I have always been passionate about music, yet as someone who had never received formal piano lessons my abilities of what I can play are limited. When I was in high school I composed this as a solo piano piece, which I would often play whenever there was a piano in the vicinity. When I was living in Santa Fe, NM in 2019, I was inspired to transform this song by adding orchestral accompaniment to it.

Playing Piano with the Orchestra
After the initial session was done, I decided to seize a unique opportunity and jumped up on stage to play piano with the orchestra. It was an incredible experience for me, yet I wasn't prepared for the intense rush of adrenaline that took over my body. Despite having played this piece hundreds of times before, my heart was beating so fast that I kept messing up the notes. Even though it was nerve-wracking, I'm proud of myself for having the courage to take part in that moment and it gave me newfound respect for all the talented musicians in the orchestra.
Original Mockup
Here's the original mockup of this piece I made back in 2019.
