Creative Kitchen: Making a Rustic Scone

Scone Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free oat flour
5 tsp ground flax
4 tsp suncat sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats

Whatever you want to put in it. I did...
5 tsp shredded coconut
Raw sunflower seeds
Raw pumpkin seeds
Thompson raisins

Mix all dry ingredients.
Add water 1 tbs at a time and mix until dough is solid and not sticky.
Kneed dough.

Preheat over to 400.

Cook for 15 minutes and check on it. Add 5 more minutes if necessary.

Icing Ingredients

1 medium avocado
3 tsp cacao powder
3 tsp suncat sugar
splash of vanilla
